Role and Responsibilities
Minimum 5+ years IT experience in Siebel
Experience in Siebel customer care module (customer relationship",e customer,"contact center")
CSS, Java Script, JQuery, HTML, User Interface Design.
Siebel Order Management module
Familiar with standard practices like SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience in Siebel upgrade
Expertise in PL/SQL
Expertise in Siebel workspace management
Knowledge on python scripts
Experience in Oracle Customer Hub
Experience in Siebel design in at least 3 projects.
Experience in Siebel EIM
Experience in Oracle Siebel Order Management
Experience in Oracle Siebel customer care
Knowledge in Siebel Product Management
Knowledge in Siebel Open UI module
Experience in Siebel delivery
Knowledge in SMC
