Executive Assistance

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide


comprehensive administrative support to our executives. The successful


candidate will be a critical partner in managing the daily operations and workflow


of the executive office. This role requires a combination of strong organizational


skills, attention to detail, discretion, and effective communication.


Key Responsibilities:


Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel


arrangements for executives.


Prioritize and manage multiple calendars efficiently, ensuring optimal use


of executive's time.


Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external


stakeholders.


Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, emails, and other documents.


Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests, directing them appropriately.


Prepare agendas and materials for meetings.


Attend and document key meeting outcomes, distribute minutes, and


follow up on action items.


Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights,


accommodation, and ground transportation.


Prepare detailed itineraries and provide travel support as needed.


Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested.


Manage expense reports and reimbursement processes.


Coordinate special projects and events as required.


Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain


confidentiality.


Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines


are met.


Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them.


Collaborate with other administrative staff to provide seamless support to


the executive team.


Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external


stakeholders.


Qualifications:


Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.


Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.


Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.


Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.


Education and Experience:


Bachelor's degree preferred.


Previous experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage.


Location- Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh, Odisha, Coimbatore and many more

Exp- 6 months to 5 yrs


NP- 15 -30 days
