Qualification: Professional Degree Required

Total Experience (Range): Minimum 5Years of relevant industry experience
Apply technical/functional skills to assist customers and partners create and implement successful and innovative solutions that run, manage and optimize their key business processes while decreasing costs and inefficiencies. Provide support and feedback to all of the internal groups within webMethods as appropriate.
1. Strong demonstrated communication skills and customer focus
2. Effective communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills
3. Ability and desire to learn rapidly without supervision
4. Willingness to take on new challenges and environments on a frequent basis
5. Strong understanding of e-commerce and web integration principles, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), middleware, or other integration experience at the enterprise level
6. Experience developing Web Services and an understanding of Service-oriented Architecture (SOA)
7. Familiar with Portals and Portal Development
8. Experience with webMethods Integration and webMethods products is a plus
