Position: Sr. Network Engineer
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Description:
- Help in managing the large and distributed global network
- Interact with data center and network operators for contract negotiation, installation and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- 5+ years experience in managing large networks
- Experience in managing Linux servers
- Good knowledge of some scripting language
- Good understanding of basic networking principles
- Experience in managing and configuring routers and switches
- Knowledge of various routing protocols (BGP, OSPF etc.)
- Experience in dealing with vendors for contract negotiation (desired)
- Relationships with networking and data center vendors (desired).
Compensation:
- Base salary plus target incentives
- Stock options.
