Position: Sales Executive/Business Development Executive US

Required Skill Set

  • Good comprehension of Data Management System & document digitization services
  • Domain knowledge in the areas of Document Management Systems and Content Management Systems will be preferred
  • Extensive experience in lead generation via customer meetings & business development activities like requirements gathering, analysis, customer query resolution, liaise with the technical team, approach documents as required by the client, budget estimations, price negotiations and closure.
  • Capitalize on lead generation and closures in strategic markets.
  • Extensive experience in Bidding for projects
  • Knowledge of processes involved in onsite/offshore selling of software solutions.
  • Hands on experience of working with Enterprise Document / Content Management Systems ERP/ Other application solutions sales will definitely be an added advantage.
  • Thorough understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) business model. Understand the challenges faced by SaaS firms and strategies to overcome them.
  • General understanding of web 2.0 technologies

Role

  • Single point of contact between the clients’ team and Praxeva.
  • To generate Client interest and keep that level of Interest even after successful implementation for repeat business.
  • He/She should be able to independently handle the responsibility of ensuring an effective implementation, and coordinate post sales activities like Implementation & Training end users and effectively iron out issues if any. The Sales Executive being the face of Praxeva will work diligently to ensure that the branding and good image of the company and its products is maintained at the highest level at all times. Any additional support to the client and to the Sales Executive can be and will be provided by the HO in Bangalore. There will be weekly update to assess progress & help required in sales activities & plan actionables accordingly.

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • End-to-end sales activities from generation of leads to closure & customer relationship management
  • Lead generation through cold calling & customer meetings 
  • Meet the decision makers from the customer organization & present Praxeva’s solutions & services
  • To qualify the suspects & prospects to build a healthy Sales pipeline 
  • Work closely with pre-sales & product team to address customer’s business requirements & key pain areas & together decide on optimal solution
  • Prepare proposals based on customer’s expectations for enumerating the functional scope clearly and getting approved by the client.
  • Knowledge of the competition & plan activities to win deals
  • Good customer relationship across different levels of customer organization to get repeat business & increase customer satisfaction
