Job Description:
- Interacting with customers and engineers to diagnosing network related issues
- Work on advanced interoperability testing in a lab environment
Professional Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- 2-3 year of experience in configuring and managing networking devices
- Knowledge of OSI Layers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls and TCP/IP
- Experience using Linux and shell scripting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problems solving skills
- Hard working, focused and result orientation personality required
- Hard working self starter who can work with very little supervision
